Ryback Workout Routine and Physique

Ryback is an American professional wrestler born on November 10, 1981. Born name of Ryback is Ryan Allen Reeves. Ryback has huge bulky and lean muscles. They lift very heavy weight while doing the workout. Ryback workout routine consists of five days exercise and two days rest.

Ryback has not won many championships but he was famous for his lean and muscular body and of course “Feed Me More”. Ryback does heavy workout and takes proper diet to maintain his body. Ryback eats more diet and eats 8 – 10 times a day.

  • Barbell Curls: 4 sets with 15-20 reps
