Bad breath makes your life worse whether you are going to date with your girlfriend, talking with your friends. There are lots of treatments to get rid of bad breath. One solution to get rid of bad breath is chewing gums but it's not a permanent solution. So I will tell you some foods that will help you to get rid of bad breath naturally. These foods will clean your mouth and keeps you refresh and also remove acid that causes bad breath.

Fennel seeds

Fennel seeds is a best natural treatment for bad breaths because they help to aid digestion and neutralise offensive odours. Eating raw fennel seeds increase saliva that is responsible for wash away bacteria from your mouth. Fennel oil contains antibacterial properties that help to fight germs that cause bad breath.

  • You can chew 1 tbsp (small) of fennel seeds to fresh your breath.
  • Drink fennel tea several times a day. Take one cup of hot water boil 1-2 tbsp of fennel seeds in it for 3-4 minutes.


Water

Water is also a natural cleanser that increases saliva production. Drink water time to time because water is crucial for cleansing the mouth of food particles and bacteria. Dry mouth encourages bacteria that causes bad breath. So always keep you hydrated.

Probiotic Yogurt

Probiotic yoghurt is an effective bad breath neutralizer. It is also good for your digestive health. You can add probiotic yoghurt into your meal because of the potent source of Vitamin D- help to fight with mouth bacteria that causes bad breath.

Cinnamon

Cinnamon is also a good treatment for getting rid of bad breath because it contains an essential oil- cinnamic aldehyde- help to reduce bacteria from your mouth and also reduces bad breath. Boil 1 tbsp of cinnamon powder in one cup of water for 3-4 minutes. Strain this mixture and use it as a mouth rinse to get rid of bad breath.  


Baking Soda

Take one glass of hot water. Mix 1/2 tbsp of baking soda in it. Now use it as a mouth rinse daily to get rid of bad breath. Do this one time in a day. Alternatively, you can brush your teeth with baking soda it will prevent your mouth by bacteria that causes bad breath.
