This magical ingredient has soothing, anti-irritant, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties that can heal your skin rash. Grind coriander leaves into a paste and add a few drops of lemon juice to it. Apply it on the affected area and wash after half-an-hour. Repeat this procedure once or twice a day for a few days.
Oatmeal is known to reduce inflammation and can be used to treat skin rashes. You can add the oatmeal powder to your regular bath or even prepare a DIY mix. Add some water in a cup of uncooked oatmeal powder. Stir to reach a paste-like consistency. Apply it on the itchy areas and wash after 20 to 25 minutes. Do this twice a day.
3. Banana peels
The peels of banana fruit is best for reducing itchiness, inflammation, and dryness caused by a skin rash. Refrigerate a few banana peels for an hour or two. Later, place them directly on the affected area and leave for half-an-hour. Discard the peels after use. You can also prepare a mix by blending three to four banana peels with two spoons of raw organic honey. Apply this mix on your rashes and wash after an hour. Repeat any of the two methods twice a day.
4. Neem leaves
Neem contains antimicrobial properties can eliminate toxins and impurities from the skin. These leaves also heal the skin by reducing the itchiness and soreness. Boil 10 to 12 neem leaves in one liter of water for 15 minutes. Add this water to your bath every day until your rashes have healed.
While hydrating and moisturizing your skin, petroleum jelly can soothe your skin and relieve it of itchiness and irritation. Take a good amount of petroleum jelly and gently massage over your rashes. Leave for an hour and then apply an ice pack for 15 minutes. Repeat this at regular intervals throughout the day.
