How to Lose Belly Fat
#Step 1. Start your meals with fresh vegetables, it ensures that you get nutrients for your body needs. Vegetables are high in fibre, which is very filling. Include vegetable soup, or fresh steamed vegetables in your meal. Fill half of your plate with vegetables, one-quarter with complex carbohydrates remaining with the lean proteins.
#Step 2. Eat foods which contain mono-unsaturated fats. Foods such as olive oil, avocados, olives, nuts, seeds and nut butters all contain the mono-unsaturated fats. These are heart healthy fats that help your body to burn belly fat.
#Step 3. Do some physical activity for at least 150-200 minutes each week. You can choose that exercise where your body will lose fat from first. You can do moderate-intensity cardio exercises which include walking, jogging and treadmill etc. Also you have to do strength-training workouts in addition to cardio workouts. Muscles burn more calories than fat, even when you are at rest. So the logic is “more muscles you build, the faster your metabolism will work, and the more fat your body will burn.”
Get Muscularity Tips: If you are a beginner exerciser, do only 150 minutes of cardio exercise in a week. And if you have some health issues consult to your doctor. Eat only 300 to 400 calories per meal.
