WWE Rusev Workout Routine

WWE Rusev is best known for his stamina in ring. Rusev do 2-3 hours of workout in gym under his trainer. Rusev do exercise fast by switching from one exercise to another very fast. But you take rest of few seconds between your exercises because Rusev do his workout under professional trainers. Rusev follow six days a week workout program and he also do weight lifting. 

Rusev Legs Workout Routine: Monday

  • Squats: 3 sets with 10-12 reps 
  • Lunges: 4 sets with 10-12 reps 
  • Laying Leg Curls: 3 sets with 10-12 reps 
  • Deadlift: 3 sets with 10-12 reps 
  • Seated Calf Raise: 4 sets with 10-15 reps 
  • Standing Calf Raise: 4 sets with 10-15 reps 
  • Donkey Calf Raise: 4 sets with 10-15 reps

Rusev Arms Workout Routine: Tuesday

  • Reverse Curls (Standing): 4 sets with 8-12 reps 
  • Hammer Curls: 4 sets with 10-12 reps 
  • Wrist Curls: 4 sets with 10-12 reps 
  • Preacher Curls: 4 sets with 10-12 reps 
  • Biceps Curls: 4 sets with 10-12 reps 
  • Dumbbell Kickback: 3 sets with 15-20 reps

  • Dumbbell Flys: 3 sets with 20-25 reps
