1. Water

Drink water instead of soda, soft drinks or energy drinks when you are thirsty of while doing workouts. Water is the best health drink for our body. So stay hydrated by drinking enough amount of water. One thing you need to remember while drinking water is that always drink water in one sip at a time. You need to drink 1 glass of water in 2 minutes very slowly. It keeps our body healthy.

2. Eat Healthy

The first mantra to keep you healthy is eating healthy. Avoid junk foods like pizza, burger, and processed foods. Include vegetables, fruits and natural detox drinks in your meal. You can make sandwiches by using vegetables.

3. Meditation

Meditation has the variety of health benefits like changes in metabolism, blood pressure, brain activation, and other bodily processes. Meditation is necessary for our mind and as well as for our physical health.

4. Exercise

Don’t be too lazy because it gives birth to the variety of health problems. So exercise regularly to make your body healthy. If you don’t like to go to the gym you can join yoga, dance, and aerobic classes. The thing is that you need to do some physical activity daily.

5. Proper Sleep
