Every successful person in the world leaves their bed before sunrise. I also wanted to be one of them. Before sleeping every night I’m fully motivated and think I’ll walk up early in the morning tomorrow and sets my alarm for 4:45 AM. In the next morning when alarm rings I snooze the alarm and thinks I’ll walk up on the second snooze. But after 10 minutes my mind keeps trying to stop me and says “all the things is secondary just sleep now”. And you know what I stop the alarm, through all my motivation which I set last night in my mind and sleep deeply.

But I noticed one thing if our mind makes this type of interface in the morning the whole day we agreed to our mind in every aspect. You know, who stops you from being successful?

The answer is your mind, as the day started we agreed to mind and decide to sleep and through all last night motivation. Similarly, when we do anything in the whole day our mind keeps to stop us from implementing our planning. Our mind generates negative thoughts which stop us. And this started when you stop your alarm and agreed with your mind.

So guys, if you want to achieve something in your life then you should walk up early in the morning. Now we’ll take a look at the benefits of wake up early in the morning.

1. Makes you mentally strong

One very good benefit of waking up in the early morning is that it’ll help to reduce the stress level. According to ancient Indian persons, waking up before sunrise keeps your mental and physical health strong.

2. A good sound sleep

Waking up early in the morning enforces you to sleep early. Do you know? Our body has an internal clock which sets our daily routine. And what you do daily is deeply observed by this clock and it makes it your daily routine. In starting days you may need to take help of alarm to wake up but after a few weeks your internal clock wakes up you. It’s my personal experience guys.

3. The world of brightness

Getting up early in the morning fills you with positive energy. A research shows that the people who got up early were happier, not just for a short time but for in their whole life.

4. Exercise

Early morning is the best time for doing exercise, yoga, aerobics and any physical activity you like. You can also practice meditation. 

5. Bigger scores

Indian ancient people also force their child to wake up early in the morning. A research conducted by Texas University also shows that the students who were early risers scored better grades than those who were late to rise. Their GPAs were higher than the latter. One can link it to an enhanced productivity and quality of sleep.
